of a Stressed Site (Training & Certification Program)
This program is designed to train operator site technicians
with the ability to handle situations that are stressing the site
such as outages, system failures or major disturbances.
In such conditions, site personnel contact the vendor and go
through the recovery process. Often due to a lack of proper
communication, information is lost and site recovery is delayed.
This program trains site personnel to act in a manner that helps
system recovery.
Training has a practical hands-on recovery part using a conference
call explaining a problem and receiving guidance on how to recover
a problem. Professional people previously from a major telecom
vendor conduct the program and it is designed for four people at a
time.
